First apartment
Overall after living here for the past couple years, this complex has been nothing but kind, helpful and home. I moved in ... here when I had nothing and was able to figure life out. The staff has been amazing, the complex itself is super cute when you really take care of it. The management team have been helpful beyond measures when needed, the location is ideal. Close to everything yet tucked away for that private comfort. Definitely will recommend this complex for those starting over, starting fresh or starting their new adult life! I have been living in this community for the past year and a half. I have nothing but positive things to say, from the environment ... to the staff. Mooresville Station Apartments is in a very convenient location (depending on your situation of course) sitting in the midst of grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, family fun, downtown area, and more. Holiday events such as contests happen frequently as well. Sometimes it comes down to the small things though such as checking in on you as a resident and addressing your needs. When you walk into the office, the staff gets to know you by name and that makes it personable. They will definitely look after you as long as you do your part. I have lived in this apartment complex for quite awhile. Since Peak Living has taken over as Management of the property it ... has been a joy to live here. The office staff are friendly and quick to resolve your issues in a timely manner. The maintenance men make sure that any work orders are resolved quickly and in a professional manner. I love the openness of the complex and the improvements on the amenities. All in all you if you decide to love here you are going to get a great value for your money. To me that's a WIN!!
